Tablet Presentation
Each Uncoated Tablet Contains:
Cinnarizine IP 25 mg
Cinnarizine is the antihistaminic medication. It is the calcium channel blocker that presents on the vestibular apparatus and blocks the signal transmission between the vestibular apparatus of the inner ear and vomiting centre of the hypothalamus.
Cinnarizine has vasorelaxating properties due to the blockage calcium channel.

Cinnarizine mainly blocks H1 receptor and muscarinic receptor therefore stimulates the inhibition of the vestibular apparatus, also inhibits the voltage gated L – type and T- type voltage gated calcium channels.
